Storehouse design process

1.Word draft

3.Digitization fits

4.Repair words
Although adopting the computer to fit is not very efficient , just like it is unable to replace the work of human brain by the computer, it can only finish the most preliminary work, and no matter weather in the quality or structure of the word , especially sophisticated appeals of the implicit distinct , personification can all show in the original word draft, only by repairing words to accomplish artificially. Building words is a system engineering work with heavey workload at first, simplified Chinese character storehouse has 6,000-7,000 words, 14,000 words of storehouse of the original complex form , more than 20,000 words of GBK word storehouse. So each script file has to pass the special quality testing procedure, will point the problems and to be revised in time. Generally each file (dozens of words )need to be revised two or three times, some are even five or six times even seven or eight times, some stripts are audited by the comrade of the language committee and relevant experts who are specially invited. In addition, in order to examine the result of outputing, a large number and various formats paper are published,from the big character of several Lbs to the small character of size 6 or 7, from laser writer of 400DPI to laser photo-typesetting of 2000 DP.

6.Intregration into a storehouse
After finished all the word drafts and corresponding word mending, should carried to the storehouse responsible by the professional, mixed by the corresponding symbol and figure, foreign language ,etc., then according to the needs, organized and changed into storehouse with different codes (such as GB , BIG5 and GBK code ) and different forms (TrueType, word storehouse where PostScript).

7.Test
Like any high-quality product, the products which have not been measured will not be put into the line. The issue of every product of the warehouse will pass the strict examination by the test department, this part of work is done by the experienced staff members who knows the business well. Test including shape , quality , code , install , using , showing , exporting, and the integrality, suitability , rationality , compatibility , continuity of the products ,etc..

8.Commercialized
After the word storehouse has been finished, it is made into a CD , match the colorful package and beautiful propaganda color page,than the good comes out.
